We stayed over at Komati gorge lodge in December 2012. We used it as a
half way stop over for two nights on our way to the Kruger park. We live
on the north coast and this break in traveling suited us perfectly. We
found the lodge on Google so we did not exactly know what to expect.
What a pleasant surprise!! The staff were very pleasant and made us feel
welcome from the moment we arrived. We self catered one night and the
next we ate in the restaurant. The food and service were 5*. The natural
beauty of the area and the accommodation is incredible!! We will
definitely be back every year!
