I booked 2 tickets from cape town to welkom on the sleepliner with my credit card. This was in conjunction with train tickets down to cape town for a holiday. Spoornet cancelled the train route 2 week prior my holiday. I received my money in full from them. when I phones Intercape they told me only vouchers or if I upgrade they will refund me. Paying in an additional R220 I was assured of getting my money back. On statement no money refunded. When I phoned them today they told me I had to phoned them the day after cancellation. Now I forfeit my money and will only be refunded in vouchers to the value of less 25% the original price.
This is. I was never told if I do not phone back I will loose my money. BAD SERVICE WILL EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN
