Itinerary incl all transport&taxes, insurance, transfers, dinners, b/fasts, accomm., visa, tours-only excl tips&lunch. Got accom vouchers and airtickets early, other vouchers to follow. At airport @ departure given copy itinerary, airtickets for within Europe & hotel vouchers. Arrived abroad to discover all hotels & transport downgraded. Day 2 learnt tour of Ankara dropped. Phoned ATL-advised that we will be tired & needed a rest so they left out tours. Arrived Rome-operator advised no tours for day 2-no Venice, Tuscany, Florence. Arrive Paris-hotel booked for 6 nights-2hours out of Paris! No tours booked, itinerary-3 days tour. Germany-disgusting hotel in remote area.1 1/2 hours away from Munich. No tours booked-should be 2 days. Phoned ATL, arranged 3 tours in Paris and 1 in Munich-no tour guide will fetch due to distance. Travel at our cost. No airport trf in 4 countries, no dinners, some b/fasts. Most disappointing-28th anniv dinner after Eiffel tower tour was forgotten. Met Ahmed on 29/07, very convincing & immediate refund of meals/transport/tour costs they dropped. Phoned & emailed over 100 times since then. Every imaginable excuse, also advised 4 times that it was done. Now advises done on 9Oct.but not rec
