Name change - booking for 2 kids

In the past my 2 kids always travel with my parents - my parents usually book their own tickets - I in turn book 1 adult ticket online and 1 kids ticket online - I then phone call centre to link my parents booking to my kids booking and change the 1 adult on my booking to my kids name
I have done this exact same thing for the past 2 pr 3 years. I followed the exact same process and now I am flatly being refused
I cannot believe this. I innocently made the booking as I have done in the past and now they refusing it. i dont have the money to do an additional booking. I would have booked my kids as normal but the system doesnt allow for this. What am I supposed to do???
I am distraught, upset, angry and cant believe this. Kulula - I have no words
Oh and the supervisor was so rude - he just didnt care - he wasnt willing to listen and try and understand that I did this because it was how I did it in the past -
What do I do now??? I have a ticket in my name and my daughters name - But its my 2 kids that need to be flying - please help me
