My mother in law is trying to cancel her Flexi Club. She has Dementia and my father in law has cancer and is terminally ill. Their monthly income is less than R5 000 per month and their medical cost is very high. Flexi Club just refuses to cancel their membership and insist that they pay the yearly membership fee. They are even in the proses of taken legal action against them. Even though I tried to explain that they do not have the money to pay the Flexi Club and they did not go on holiday in the last 4 years because they are physically not capable to go on holiday, The Club is unreasonable. Please people think more than twice before you ever invest a cent in this scheme!!!
