I wrote a previous complaint with regards to day visitors at Forever Resort Loskopdam on Christmas Day.
I wrote this report on Wednesday, 16 January at 13:19.
A response was received from Christo Wagenaar, Marketing Executive, Forever Resorts in which he advised:
"Your complaint has been given through to the Resort Management for feedback and we will be in contact with you soonest we receive their comments"
I am still waiting for a response - almost two weeks later. This is very disappointing - If Forever Resorts (or their representative in this case) was not planning on replying to my complaint, they should not have promised to do so in the first instance.
