I booked at kulula a flight for 2. My passenger will not be able to join me on my trip but a friend wants to take the ticket over as she by chance is going the same place as i am headed (from George to JHB) no Kulula tells me i cant change the name of my passenger but i can change the date and destination. How is that even possible to not change the persons name. Now Kulula tells me i will unfortunately lose my ticket and my friend will have to buy a new one? Isn't this wasting money at best?
