I recently booked flights using the Mango mobile app, only to find out that it doesn't give the Momentum Multiply discounts. When I tried to cancel the booking in order to rebook flights with the applicable discounts, the call center informed me that Mango flights are "not refundable? " What happened to the CPA protecting us from companies that abuse the system. And don't tell me it's in the terms and conditions. If it's not legal, it can't be upheld in the small print. Mango, you're about to take on more than the R2800 you're trying to from me. Watch this space.
