ONLINE REGISTER

I have been waiting for a password to do online bookings from February 2013. I have spoken to them on phone, send emails (one which they did only half responded, by changing the address but still not a password to do online bookings. The previous year we have lost some points because of busy lines or no answering. I only want to do bookings online. What can be so difficult?
