I am very disappointed in the services offered by Bailey, my friend visited me from Finland, and she was to visit Namibia in May 2013, She bought a ticket from Baileys and was set to travel, after having bought the ticket she had some some complications with her visa, hence she could not travel to Nam. We called the bus service and explained the matter with them, they said they would not refund the ticket and that i could only be valid for a month after the issue date.

If they are not willing to refund the ticket then they should have a longer date for expiry of the ticket, cause who is going to use the ticket if there is no one else that we know is going to Namibia within the expiry period given. I tried a number of times to explain the situation, but the person just became rude. my friend had a similar incident with the intercape, and they gave him a 3 year extention on the ticket.

This i regard as clear daylight, why take money for services that you have not rendered, so basically we spent R500 for nothing.. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
