My brother boarded the Mango Flight this morning leaving Durban to Cape Town @ 8:45. When he got in Cape Town he did his unpacking and to his surprise, his Nike takkies was missing. I have flown up and down with Mango, and never experienced anything like that. We would think our luggage is safe? I am really disgusted by the staff you guys employee, I and the rest of the passengers would like to think our luggage would be safe. Can someone please have a look into this, as all hope of flying with mango again is lost!!!
