I was booking a ticket on Mango Airlines and i found the two tickets i wanted.
I then proceeded to fill in the details for payment. I filled in my Fiances details as it was his credit card. I then clicked book and got confirmation of the booking. I realised the details for the flight were his and not mine as i filled out his information thinking it was the credit card area. I went back to change it immediately as it was a mistake. They charged me R170!!! to fix something immediately after i clicked book. I understand if people change their bookings last minute or change names with people later on because they can't take the flight.

The fact is my flight is in November, and i tried to change it the second after clicking book. There was no cancel button to stop the process, there was no option to review before making final payment and i tried everything to stop it but it was to late. Then i was charged R170 to change the name.

I am so shocked. I almost lost R2100 worth of a ticket because i couldn't afford the added R170??!!! I feel really upset and mad that other people in my position or perhaps in worse off positions might loose their ticket because they can't afford it.
