I am very dissappointed in FNB... this is the FIRST TIME that I am dissatisfied with something.
I visited the slow lounge on Saturday the 21 September and was charged for my visit
I contacted the slow lounge before travelling and made enquiries about the qualifying criteria and peak and off peak times, spoke to Lorraine I think, acording to her explanation I wasnt going to be charged for my visit as I m active account holder and meet the qualifying criteria, I even asked her how my third guest would be accomodatedand she advised that they would take it off as a next visit, which meant also no charge.
This morning I checked my bank statement online and saw three debits.of R250 from my bank account.
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL..I WANT THE FUNDS RETURNED TO MY.ACCOUNT.AS I MADE ENQUIRIES BEFORE TRAVELLING...
