On 17 September 2013, a bus ticket was purchased at park station (return ticket). On 18 September 2013, the return ticket was cancelled. i therein requested that i be refunded for the cancelled ticket. I was requested to send the request in writing, wherein i duly complied with same. To date, no refund has been forth coming.
It is unacceptable that when a bus ticket is purchased, the amount due is paid on the spot, not in advance. When a ticket is cancelled, it take ages for the monies to be refunded. This behavior by Greyhound is truly unacceptable, numerous people have complained about the same thing but nothing is done to eradicate same.
