On Friday the 20th September 2013, I booked for a Citiliner to Pretoria from Durban, but when I get to the station to check in they are putting us in the CK Travel and Tours bus without prior notification. No one explains to us why or what is going on. Now I book a Citiliner to Durban from Pretoria, still they are putting us in a CK Travel and Tours bus. No one is explaining why or What happened. An hour after my departure time they send an SMS saying we will be travelling by CK Tours, no details nothing! This is totally not right. I'm never travelling with this company ever again. If they carry on like this they will loses lot of travelers. I'm so not happy with the service, very disappointed!!!
