I booked a ticket from Johannesburg to Durban on 28 June 2013 but could not board the bus that night as we waited at the bus for some time but were told by the Representatives of Eagleliner at Park Station, Johannesburg, there is a lot of people with extra luggage and they will make a plan for another bus. I could only left Johannesburg the next day with another bus and a new ticket.

I wrote an email to the Company's Customercare on 12 July 2013, after my attempts to get a refund of my money from Shoprite Computicket was unsuccessful, to request a refund on the ticket as per their agreement. Up to date I haven't received a response from them and hope I will get one now through Hellopeter.

I booked a ticket a return trip ticket on the 3rd of September , by the entrance the was a coloured lady with a stinky attitude okay I ignored that, when I sad down the chairs were not comfortable they were old infact the bus was old with a bad sound as if it can stop any time and it was also on higher speed so I asked an refund the gentleman who was helping me he told me that my money will appear in my acc on the 28th of September even by this minute m still waiting for my money . But now I decide to take the company to small claims court bcz I've been calling them several times they are telling me stories and guys m taking u to the media your service is very bad . That was my 1st and last time using your bus
