I booked a ticket from Johannesburg to Durban on 28 June 2013 but could not board the bus that night as we waited at the bus for some time but were told by the Representatives of Eagleliner at Park Station, Johannesburg, there is a lot of people with extra luggage and they will make a plan for another bus. I could only left Johannesburg the next day with another bus and a new ticket.
I wrote an email to the Company's Customercare on 12 July 2013, after my attempts to get a refund of my money from Shoprite Computicket was unsuccessful, to request a refund on the ticket as per their agreement. Up to date I haven't received a response from them and hope I will get one now through Hellopeter.
