SAA Unable to Pay Online

I am trying to book a flight online on the SAA website from Maputo to Jhb. The only payment option I am given is PAY LATER. Suspecting this is due to me logging in from Mozambique I asked my wife to try from SA yet she too is only given ONE PAYMENT OPTION - PAY LATER. I received an email with a Reference number and told to pay within 72hrs at my nearest payment office. Yet nowhere in the email or their website do they give me a number or address of offices in Mozambique. My wife took my Reference number to PickNPay in SA, however they could not assist as my reference number had numbers and LETTERS in it. She was told to call SAA directly (more time and money wasted) with my Ref number and they would issue another Ref number WITHOUT LETTERS to pay at PicknPay. She was told by the SAA helpdesk lady that this is a common problem for online payments.
I find it shocking that our parastatal airline did not have a direct credit card payment option when i tried to book. Needless to say I booked ONLINE with their opposition.
This has happened to me 2 years ago and I refused to use SAA ever again. I thought I would give them another try... NEVER AGAIN.
