Harassed for 3 years and no resolution!!!

Hi There,

I am utterly disgusted with the measures that Flexi Club has taken towards my Mum. (Mrs K Cassim). Due to major financial constraint resulting in 2009 she had asked to cancel her membership. On that call she was informed that cancellation is not possible at all, she should try and sell the shares. A year of pursuing this getting the run around from Flexi Club, who informed her that they will try and sell the shares (no response after), the fees had accumulated leaving her with an overdue balance. She then contacted Flexi Club once again (October 2010). On this call she practically begged to have the membership cancelled, and was once again told that it is impossible since the account has an overdue balance.
An arrangement was made for her to pay off the balance so that she may cancel the membership by the end of 2011. On payment and clearing the balance (of which she had to borrow money for) she then called and asked to cancel the membership. Heart-breakingly she was once again told that she cannot as she has to pay for 2012 fees. The account has an overdue balance once again. She now has a letter from the lawyers threatening her possessions.

Please Resolve ASAP
