I have been with ECB for a year now, i have been paying monthly and have never got accommodation, i managed to book in May, but i had to cancel, i cancelled a full month in advance, i was advised by Rudolf (manager) that he will get someone to take my holiday, no communication till now, i tried to make a booking last week and now i am advised i have to make a cash booking, i fail to understand what my 12 months payment was for and the joining fee if i cant get a holiday, i want a holiday a weekend end of November and it is available on the list, i just do not agree with paying because i have been paying them well, i need assistance in this, i love the idea of having a holiday club, but if this is how things are i feel very ripped off :(
