On the 5th of November 2012 my husband won two complimentary tickets to regional destinations. Since then I could not manage to get any reservation as there are hundreds of Terms & Conditions on this GRAND PRIZE!
Already they extended the vouchers because we could not get any bookings, I was also placed on a waiting list and the consultant would phone me to confirm whether we could get seats, and up till now no one have bothered to contact me.
Does this mean that because it is free that we as a consumers now being the legal owner of these tickets not have no right to any service?
They should not act as sponsors if they cannot honour their obligation!
