Allocation of points as per offer did not occu

During 2011 and 2012 I purchased points from Grand Vacation resales (GVR), via Endless Vacations which is an appointed agent of CLS also known as Flexi Club.. The points totaled 24195 and cost R 49800. These points were never credited. On the 8 March 2013 I received a letter signed by Mike O'Sullivan offering to transfer my claim from GVR to Club Leisure Sales (CLS, Flexi Club). CLS was also required to allocate bonus points to my account so that I was no worse off. I return I had to complete a Purchase Query and Session form which was faxed on 12 March 2013. I did this but received no points or feedback over the past 6 months. I did send some emails but they remain unanswered and hence this message.
