Delays and No luggage from Mango Airlines

I was booked on the 19:15 flight from Durban to Cape Town on Mango Airlines, Sunday 1 September
The plane departed at 19:50 after the power on the airplane died numerous times upon preparation to leave.

After arriving late - I was informed, while I was standing in another province - that my bag had in fact not been put on the plane.
Consumers should be told before their plane leaves and given the option to take the next flight with their bag.

I had to post pone meetings scheduled for Monday morning due to me not having my belongings

After not hearing anything back from Mango, I decided at call them at 11:00 the next day - after numerous unanswered calls I got through to a lady who informed me my bag had been sitting at the airport and I could come and collect it.
The lady even greeted me with "sorry for the inconvenience at your own expense" it was then that I felt that this will no longer be at my own expense.

After no one could assist me at the airport - I emailed guest care and have yet to get a response.

No compensation is offered to inconvenienced guests - not a good way to maintain frequent flyers
