We have been dealing with ATL Tours since April 2013 booking our Phuket/Bangkok holiday for December 2013. We have been promised several times our booking is confirmed by Megan and Ahmed of ATL Tours but they fail to deliver our confirmation documents. To date hereof we are still awaiting our relevant documentation. When writing a letter to the Sunday Times in this regard their attitude became appaling to say the least as they now want to cancel our booking. We are in the process of taking the matter up with the Consumer Board as well. If you consider dealing with ATL Tours read their terms and conditions carefully as they state clearly they can change your hotel without any prior notice. I would not reccomend dealing with ATL Tours as they are very unprofessional and when you try and sort out problems they become aggressive and expect you to apologise to them for their lack of professionalism.
