I contacted ECB Leisure/ Touchdown Group for the 3rd time in 3months requesting available accommodation in either KZN, Eastern Cape or Western cape. They have nothing available in all the provinces. I felt that if they cant give me any accommodation there is not need for me to even be a member with them. I then cancelled my membership and i receive an email that i need to pay R4335.00 cancellation fees. I don't even know what i paid for or what I still need to pay for because they cannot assist me with the very specific services I am paying for. Is this how they people, you pay money but there is never accommodation available???
