I booked a flight to london on british airways flight BA0054 at pentravel 3 months ago. I asked when the seating can be booked at the same time and was told 24 hours in advance only. We flew on 27th August. I phone the monday and the tuesday morning to book our seats. Getting to the airport, everything i requested on my phone call to pen travel was wrong. Wrong seat, wrong side etc. Getting to london, i phone and book my seats back for the next day and told the lady, they messed up on our seating to london and i dont want a mess up again. What a waste of time and money the phonecall was. Got to the airport again, wrong seat and side etc. If you pay almost R24 000.00 for plaint tickets, surely your request must be taken seriously. The biggest problem with the seating is that i asked so many times, and asked for a specific reason, because i cant hear on my left side. Doesnt pentravel give a? The staff surely dont? British airways make a mess up with the gate to board, we almost missed our flight due to them. On boarding pass gate 37, then send us running to gate 66 because of their error and miss comunication. Its pathetic. Think twice before booking with P/Travel goerge. A NO
