I cancelled my Greyhound bus ticket which I booked in advance from JHB to Mthatha. At the point of purchase I was not advised that in an event that I cancel my booking I will forfeit the R475 I used to pay for the ticket. The terms and conditions are silent on the refund. Even when I spoke to the CallCenter agent I was made to understand that if i go to the nearest outlet, I will be able to get my refund. A rude, disrespectful and coloured sounding woman called Belinda or Bernice (supposedly CallCenter Supervisor) promised to email me the policy from Greyhound-she has yet to do so in more than 12 hours after. I want my money back-I've read the Terms and Conditions printed on the back of the ticket and I believe it entitles me to a refund.
