On 8 August I posted a complaint about Flexiclub and the cancellation of my membership. After I posted the complaint Flexiclub responded and sorted out the problem and my membership with them is now cancelled.
Thank you Flexiclub for responding and sorting this out.
I was asked by Flexiclub to go back onto Hello Peter and change the sad face to a smiling face before they will close the membership but that cannot be done so now I am giving them a compliment as requested.
