Last year me and my late GF took out a Flexi Club package, to receive the benifits which they offer. SInce my GF was from Mauritius, they told us, I would get cheaper accomodation and cheaper flights. So we bought shares worth R59 000. When we wanted to cancel because we found out it was all, we could not cancel. There was no cheaper flights, no cheaper accomodation. THe agent said we get 10 free holidays which we can sell and repay the R59 000, just to find out you only get 4 that you can sell. After numerous calls to there offices, no answer, a email 3weeks afterwards said you cannot cancel, by then the 5day cool period was over.
Please be adviced that tyhe product the sell is not really what you are going to get. When you call to make a booking its always full, because they have too many clients and few cottages.
It is far better to pay every year cash for your holidays. If you pay the R59 000 off for 60months, there is still an amount of R5500 more or less to pay of per year for w&e, cleaning etc, which we didnt know about. It will easily push your installment to R2000. There is so much more to tell you about this product and my frustrations with them.
