Booked a flight for 15:55 from cape town to lanseria, was not able to make it to check in before the time and was unable to board the flight even though people were still busy boarding the plane from a long line. Was able to transfer the ticket to a 17:30 pm flight. Booking assistant did not specify that i had to take the ticket to check again before boarding the plane and when i arrived at terminal 17:00 pm i was told to check in before i can board. On arrival at check in i was told that it is now too late to board the specific flight and need to take the next flight.
Request for apology of time waisted and inconvenience of being sent around from one point to the next without any assistance as well as a refund for ticket which could not be used due to staff incompetance
