Unauthorized debit order on 01 July 2013 - never heard of these ppl or this company and NEVER authorized any debit order - not in writing or by way of verbal recording! This company is a - please dont come with wrong account entry etc - this is pre-meditated and! Just take a look at!!!
They also have the audacity to DEMAND a bank statement in order to look into the matter - did they ask for that when the raised the debit order/? Thought so!!!
You - put my money back from whence you it in the first place!
