Don't know where emergency exit seats are

I booked in 2 hours early and asked for 2 emergency exit seats as we are both tall and need legroom on flight 534 from Durban to Lanseria.
Needless to say I again were given the seats in front of the emergency exit seats in row 15 instead of 16. This must be the 8th time that it has happened and after numerous emails to [URL Removed] I am now giving up and will avoid them in future.
Sorry Kulula, your training is inadequate. Your ground staff do not know which seats are next to the emergency exit doors. We do not book in 2 hours before the flight to have no legroom!!!
