On the 25 of August 2013 i purchased two tickets from Midrand to Cape Town and the bus was supposed to arriave in Midrand at 5pm, the bus never showed up. My partner and I including other passangers waited until 9pm at the bus terminal! It was cold only to be told that SA Roadlink had transferred its passangers to greyhound! We were never informed of that and that caused a great deal of inconvience for us. I am utterly disgusted and i want a refund because i had to make an alternative plan which cost me a lot of money. I will never trust them and will let everyone that i know of such bad service. I went to their offices in Bosman on tuesday for refund and they havent contacted me till this day. Their national centre number does not even get answered. They should be taking off our roads. Furious is beyond what i am at this stage. They big time!!
