I phoned Loskopdam and spoke to the revenue manager Coeleen Marais. The way she talked and handled the situation is not how a person should talk to their clients. Rather get a career where you don't have to deal with clients or change the bad way you talk to them. I understand the situation but you can at least be friendlier and sound like you would like to help! While I was talking to you I felt that you just wanted to cut me off / get rid of me you don't have time to deal with this. You should attract people to your resort not chasing them away with bad attitudes.
