Terrible Service

The consultant Katie at Pentravel has given us a quote with soft drinks which we have requested & when we boarded the ship & to find out that softdrinks was not included in our package. when we arrived in South Africa & approached Pentravel then they say that we did not pay for softdrinks But it was included in the QUOTE given by PENTRAVEL at Gateway. Katie also requested us to have Yellow Fever Injection & to find out that was not required which i have already had at a cost of R400, 00 & PROVIDED THEM WITH A RECEIPT WHICH PENTRAVEL REQUESTED ME TO FORWARD IT TO Sandra at Pentravel which i have done. I therefor REQUESTED Pentravel to refund me but they are refusing to refund me. the staff are incompentent & we have to fit the bill which i feel is unfair..The service is terrible.
