Mango cannot afford to pay refunds??

Last week I attempted to buy two tickets on Mango Airlines. I selected the option to pay by debit card, which simply does not work. Due to their system NOT WORKING I ended up paying 3 times for the SAME TICKETS WITH THE same REFERENCE. MANGO NEVER SENT ME THE USUAL CONFIRMATION AND actually informed me that my transaction had FAILED. I then noticed that THREE payments had been processed, and obviously requested a refund for two, since I still needed the tickets. Mango confirmed that the error was theirs, but after 9 days have still not refunded my money??? I have dealt with the most rude obnoxious person Tshidi Maziya, who should simply never be talking to CUSTOMERS with her bad attitude. She should be kept in the basement checking airplane tyres! Yesterday Megan Edwards phoned to say that they would be refunding my money, but of course I have not received anything??? Mango offered me a pathetic voucher for R250 to say sorry?? but that is only valid for 3 months, and my original flight is in 2 months anyway, so that pathetic gesture is worthless. Be carefull when you pay Mango, because it seems that refunds are not something that they can do, or perhaps they cannot afford to pay?
