Shocking!!!

I booked a ticket for my mother in law from Pinetown to Midrand. The bus left her behind and I called the call center to see what else could be done. I spoke to two different ladies and they told me that since I have the original ticket in my possession (Johannesburg) it is not possible to amend the ticket because my mother in law would have to have the original ticket with her (Durban). My mother in law drove to Durban to see if anything could be done about the situation. A lady at the Greyhound terminal told me that I could amend the ticket while I am here in Johannesburg and my mother in law doesnt have to have the original ticket. now had to drive the out of my car to make sure I get to park station on time. When I got to greyhound counter I saw 3 working behind the counter. The 3 ladies seemed to be lifeless as they were behind the counter. Is this the standard that the coach dropped to? What a frustrating venture.
