On Sunday I traveled from Johannesburg (OR Tambo) to Cape Town. Paid R350 with all of the Vet papers for my animal to travel (which was not asked for at all) and handed over my animal to one of the staff. I asked them where can I pick up my animal in Cape Town to which they replied I must get him at the Fragile Counter. On arrival we went to get our baggage and saw that not only is the one bag damage really bad but the wooden box inside was broken. I was in a hurry to get my animal and asked the lady where the fragile stuff is (she was very helpful) only to find my animal in its container left ALONE IN THE PASSAGE WAY where everyone passes! What if someone him??? Im really dissapointed in the lack of Security when it comes to attending and looking after to ones possessions and ESPECIALLY ONES ANIMALS!!!
