I have been trying since Friday to book a flight online with a payment method that suited Kulula. Finally on Sunday I booked and paid with my cheque card. Or so I thought. The system did not continue to provide me with a booking reference and gave me an error. Then I get an sms from my bank to say the money was debited from my account. I have sent emails and called to try and get a booking reference for the flight I booked, and at the price I was quoted. No one has the common decency to contact me.
The service is just pathetic.
All I want is my booking confirmation to go visit my new granddaughter in Durban.
