Further to my complaint re unauthorised debit order done by Personalised Systems on behalf of Destination Dynamics.
I managed to get through to Personalised Systems and Services and spoke to a helpful gentleman Petrus, who informed me that the debit order was done on behalf of Destination Dynamics.
He assured me he would place a block on my account after I told him I did not even know of this company and that I would require a sound file from them, not merely a transcript of a 'sales call'. He said this company should refund me the bank charge and can supply me with the sound file.
He gave me contact numbers 0313018932 and 0318370518 and told me to speak to Andre or Bradley. Both these gentlemen were unavailable but the lady on switchboard readily assured me without any questions that they would remove me from their database if I so wish.
So I wait to see if I have a new strange debit order next month with a new reference, as the bank says this is the modus operandi of these unscrupulous companies.
How do these companies get hold of our personal details???
