My husband and myself supposedly won a free holiday on a scratch card, after listening to a time share presentation, we contacted Toucan travel who confirmed this. I paid over the "registration" fee and supplied some dates we wish to travel. Upon receiving the quote, I noticed the quote was higher than a normal booking for flights, accommodation and full board at a well known resort in Mauritius for 3 people, through a normal travel agent. I contacted Toucan to inquire about the exorbitant cost if this was flight only, as the accommodation according to the prize is free, they said they cant give a break down as it is a voucher booking, but yes, that was for flights and breakfast only. A complete as we thought. I have requested a refund on my registration fee and wait with bated breath to see if this will happen...
