I have never believed in "timeshare" but Lucas Muller (Touch Down Group for Holiday Club) asked for us to see him at Sondela guest resort. My husband & I decided to go & check what timeshare is really about as we like VERY specific holidays being CRUISES, LONG WEEKENDS at SONDELA, quick weekends wherever my husband competes (Cyclist) & SWITZERLAND. We tried to book a cruise for August thinking "much cheaper with Holiday Club" HOLIDAY CLUB DOES NOT DO CRUISES!!! We tried to book Sondela for 3x different occasions. NO TIME SHARE & NO CASH OPTIONS!!! We tried to book Suncity for a Tri-athlone in November. SUNCITY HAS CANCELLED CONTRACT WITH HOLIDAY CLUB!!! We tried a common little easy Holiday at 3x different venues in Umhlanga for August. NOTHING AVAILABLE!! We have had zero, nil, nothing from Holiday Club & asked very nicely that our contract be cancelled & our R48000 be refunded as per the CPA "Cancellation within 6X months" NOT HOLIDAY CLUB! They're above the law. They do no refunds. They sell exactly what you ask for & provide nothing. We have begged, pleaded, threatened, but Lynette Lonsdale says "they Said NO". Who said no? No refusal or correspondence in writing from "They"
