I booked on ref # F9ENU7M 25th June and it was a great flight into EL from OR-T.The return flight was a disaster which was delayed last night ref # IIOHSY. Firstly I received the email notification today which means I only saw it now that I got back to work. Why was there no sms sent out? Thats where I had an argument with the staff at the counter and she says she just got here now and does not know about any delays, I came in 2 hours early to secure my booking and return my car rental, this inconvenienced my family and I for 3 hours which is unacceptable! The help desk staff is useless just like the airline as I made arrangements for someone to pick us up at OR-T and they had to wait further and that is unacceptable!!! I asked is kulula going to compensate me for this inconvenience??? I mean if the flight was cheap or free I would not complain but than we hear there is something wrong with the plane, we get on a British airways plane where its fully loaded, people taking each others seats and luggage space then the air hostess are extremely rude and abrubt, it was a terrible flight home and I was inconvenienced by getting home much later than planned! Never fly with kulula!
