So this is what is on the Mango Website. I tick the box for Daryl and pay. He gets to the airport - no can do and as per the check in lady "they have been having problems with Bidvest giving the passengers access to the lounge and their management has taken it up with Bidvest" WHY THEN do they offer it on the site and take your money if they cant give you access and they know it. Sounds like to me. She says " I must take it up" so now I get to spend how many hours on the phone to call centres to get my R115 back. Wont be worth it - money making racket and.
