I am bitterly disppointed with greyhound-i booked tickets via the website on citiliner bus - i then sent the ref number as instructed by the call centre agent to the travelling parties! and then all broker loose - not only was the BUS 3.5 HOURS LATE NO ONE BOTHERED TO SEND AND SMS OR COURTESY CALL as we were travelling with INFANTS and had to wait in the cold for 3 HOURS and sill be told that we are not booked on a bus?? WHY ARE YOUR HOSTESSES NOT TRAINED PROPERLY to identify citiliner/greyhound booking numbers? im soooo upset that i booked the return already else i would definately go to another carrier.
what happened to customer service?? a we applogise for your inconvenience will not suffice this time this needs to be investigated as to what happens to our online bookings why are they not reflecting why are customers not being notified of delayed busses???
