On the 20/06/2013 we where @ the OR Tambo airport, i have a 12year diabled son parked on the disabled parking, the security in the parking saw me parking their, didnt question me or anything, We came out @about 9h30pm only to found out my car was not in the parking, the very rude security in the parking kept on saying you will pay the R650.00 for parking their, when i asked him why didnt you tell me i cant park their cause i didnt have a sticker he just said its not my problem you people like to have things your way, mxm... I went to the parking management, Maria Dlamini was @ the reception assisted me with a smile @ that time of the evening, she was very calm, called to find out if the car had been towed, and told me to wait she will get someone to take me to fetch the car, Know that was brilliant sevice with a smile, she assisted my mum and my disable son by making sure they are comfortable until i came back.
