On 17 April we booked 2 return tickets for my director and one other employee to Cape Town with my Credit Card. My director became very ill and couldn't go to Cape Town any more. [URL Removed] requested medical reports proving that my director was in hospital before they would consider a refund. Our Admin Lady prepared all the necessary forms and reports and sent it to Natalie Nel in the Call Centre Department. She told us that the Refund Department would refund me between 6 - 8 weeks for one ticket (R1, 452.00). I wasn't happy to wait so long. Our Admin Lady phoned Natalie Nel regularly to find out how far the processing of the refund is. I even phoned her supervisor, Nabeela on 31 May to tell her I'm not very happy. She told me they say 6 - 8 weeks but it shouldn't take so long. Well, today is 18 June, and there is no answer yet. And nobody is keeping us up to date as far as when the refund will be done is concerned.
I find it absolutely ridiculous. A refund via the Credit Card machine takes 20 seconds. I do hope that somebody takes notice of this complaint.
