Booking Mistake by Intercape

I purchased an intercape ticket on saturday at checkers greenacres leaving on the 04 June 2013 and arriving in JHB on the 5th and I signed the ticket with correct details. When I got to Intercape offices ready to board on the bus they tell me that I cannot take a bus because my ticket is booked for the 5th June 2013 from JHB, they refused to let me take the bus even though the mistake was on their side because my printed ticket was right. They couldd not take responsibility for their mistake. I always took Intercape and also encouraged people to take their bus but from today I will never take their bus n will also tell my friends n family never to use Intercape again. They failed to reimburse me for my ticket.
