One of my checked in bags got somehow 'lost' from DXB to ZRH, I reported that in ZRH, within less than 24 hours, the bag got delivered to me, EMIRATES is just fantastic (no, I am not an EMIRATES staff member but a GOLD CARD holder). I just do not understand why some people complain about EMIRATES, I have never had a bad experience!
