On the 04th of Jan 2013 i made a duplicate payment into your accounts and i was advised by Zanele to email both proof of payments and she assured me that i will get my money back within 7 working days.
15 days later i still havent received anyhting. I called your call centre and all i get is excuses that someone by the name of Yolandi from the account department is very busy and she will return my call, which she never does. Please reverse my money urgently as this has been tracking on for a long time and sort out your accounts department because they cleary dont understand what is customer service.
