Yesterday (27/05) I went to buy a monthly ticket at Mowbray station and was assisted by a very rude and unprofessional lad by the name of Wendy. She kept on chatting with her colleagues while helping me resultingly I had to repeat every thing I said to her. Out of irritation due to her rudeness I told her to help me first and chat later with her colleagues as the train that I was about to take is already on its way. She told me "not to take my frustrations out on her, she has enough of her own" I told her that she is being rude and she responded by pointing to a lady at the gate saying she is the supervisor I can go to her and report her while shoving her staff card in my face for me to see her name. Her attitude made me angry beyond words, how can Metrorail being such a big company employ people with this kind of attitude??? do you not take your service staff for customer service training??? I do not use your services and pay my money so that I can be treated in such a manner!
